An off-dry wine touches the palate first with a lime and apple flavours hit. Next, flavours of mineral and a sift white spice quality show then a return to the mandarin and lime flower ideas. Delicious with a silky-cream texture, a contrasting backbone of acidity. Lengthy and well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2035.
