Unison 'Rocky Red' 2022, Gimblett Gravels, Hawke's Bay

A really enticing bouquet of plums and dark berries, stony soils and some light barrel spice and lees highlights. Dry, firm and new as the wine touches the palate. Flavours of red berries and plums engage the palate with tannins and acidity to lock all in place, some wood flavours make a brief appearance. Well made, youthful and engaging, a lovely for balmy summer evening from 2024 through 2028.
