Ripe and fruity, dry and textured, varietal and ready. A wine with a core of dark berries and baking spice flavours, texture from firm(ish) tannins and plenty of acidity for length. The style is classic Rioja with a dark cherry and chocolate note from fruit and use of barrel. Best drinking from 2025 through 20230.
