Dry, crisp, saline and fruit with flavours of white fleshed tree and stone fruits, some pith-like citrus fruit, a touch of green mandarin and lees complexities. A finely textured mousse, plenty of acidity and a balanced even finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
