A full, rich and ripe fruited bouquet with aromas of peach and nut, there’s a lactic-like creamy cheese quality, roasted apple and nut, some wood spice then dry stone earthy notes. A dry wine touches the palate with fruit, stone and nut flavours reflecting the bouquet, fine tannins with a saline touch and medium+ acid line. Balanced and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2027.
