A lovely enticing bouquet of plums and baking spices, cherries and red apple, soft wood smoke layers and dried herb savoury moments. Equally enjoyable on the palate with flavours of the same, an abundance of polished needle-point tannins and acidity. Well made with plenty of length and persistency. Best drinking from late 2025 through 2033.
