Mud House Pinot Noir 2023, Central Otago

Varietal and fruity bouquet with intensity, ripeness and freshness with scents of dark cherry abd black currant, there’s some fine dried herb suggestions and alight stony mineral quality. Dry on the palate with firmish tannins, a decent acid line and core fruit flavours to reflect the bouquet. Sti;ll youthful with some tautness and palate squeeze meaning this wine could easily cellar for another 2 years. Best drinnking from mid to late 2025 through 2030+.
