Cocktail Club Mixology Whisky Sour

The beverage market is filling up with pre-mix offerings - here’s one I think you’ll like.

I made this in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and added a whole egg white. half an egg white would hav e been enough, but it is hard sometimes to get just half (you can whisk an egg white for a few seconds then easily portion off half). Shake for 30 seconds then strain into a glass.

The taste - reasonably classic with a mild whisky flavour, plenty of texture and finish.

Next time I make this I will add a squeeze of fresh lemon.

The whole egg white worked well.
