Varietal, vibrant, fresh, youthful with aromas of fresh boysenberry and raspberry, layers of red currants then a touch of sweet meat and new leather. A floral wine too with wild rose and forest flowers, a touch of red licorice and peppery spices. Taut, dry and fruity with a varietal core of red berries and plum, both ripe and tart expression accentuated by the backbone of acidity and fine grained tannins. Salivating with a saline polish, well made and lengthy. Best drinking from 2026 through 2036.
