A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc delivers an bouquet of smoky baking spices and scents of blackberry and blackcurrant fruits, then plums and kalamata olives, then suggestions of rosemary and thyme. Firm, dry, concentrated and textured with core flavours that reflect the bouquet including dark berries, plum and paprika and clove smokey spice ideas. Tannins add in a firm texture, are ripe and have grainy texture, acidity is also in abundance adding to the structure and freshness. A wine that will continue to harmonise, evolve and develop over the next 3-4 years with best drinking from 2026 through 2036+.
