Dicey 'Dice' Rosé 2023, Central Otago

Plush, ripe and fruity with a bouquet of dark red strawberries and cherry skin, there’s a light rose quality then scents of red apple skin and some wild flowers when the wine begins to open out in glass. Crisp, fruity, textured and dry on the palate. Some fine tannins and saline acid line highlights, a touch of mineral and savoury suggestions. Balanced well made and ready with best drink from 2023 through end of summer 2025. Once opened I suggest you finish the contents within 2 weeks.
