Testify by Daniel Brennan Pinot Noir 2019, Martinborough

The signature of Martinborough’s terroir is clear in the bouquet of this wine with scents of dark cherry and old strawberry laced with brown clay soils then a harmonious floral and spice lift. Complex and youthful. Delicious on the palate with a core of fruit and wood spice flavours that mirror the bouquet and soil suggestions. An abundance of fine tannins and medium+ acidity deliver a decent foundation for the fruit and oak as well as adding mouthfeel and completeness. well made, dry, gently savoury with dried herb qualities, complex and well made. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2034.
