Pink hues with a cloudy pink/white appearance lead to a bouquet of pacific rose apple skin and flesh, a light white-rose scent and chalky lees suggestions. Crisp, fruity, refreshing and dry on the palate. Fruits flavours of red apple and a strawberry-cherry mix fill the palate with flavours. Plenty of acidity and moderate length, balanced and well made in a ready to drink expression. Best from 2023 through end of summer 2026.
