A very enticing bouquet of fresh raw cashew nut and yellow peach, a layer of apricot and fresh red skinned apple then spices from barrel. A satin creamy texture touches the palate first with a firm acid line for freshness and fine tannins from wood adding texture and length. A touch of butterscotch adds accents to the flavours. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from late 2023 through 2028.
