Palliser Estate Pinot Gris 2023, Martinborough

There’s no mistaking variety of this wine with a flourish of pear and white spice, apple and honeysuckle, a hint of leesy nuttiness and youthful charm. Just dry as the wine touches the palate, flavours of spicy pears and white fleshed orchard fruits coat the palate, some contrasting acidity and a fine lees texture. Well made with plenty of length and varietal flavours, best drinking from late 2023 through 2028+.
