A lifted, fruity, varietal and pungent bouquet of fresh herbs and tropical fruits, pink grapefruit and white spice along with some mineral suggestions. All of these ideas come alive on the palate with pushed along with a decent amount of acidity and wet stone mineral quality. Flavours of green apple and white fleshed topical fruits, snow pea and fresh herbs. Balnaced, youthful, well made and ready to drink from 2023 through end of summer 2026.
