Lifted, fruity and varietal with scents of spiced pear and apple then some white fleshed fruits. There’s a complexity in the bouquet that reminds me of Alsace with its voluptuous aromatic flourish. Crisp, dry, spicy and warm, flavousr of white fleshed fruits and citrus , plenty of aciidty and power with flavours that reflect the bouquet. Well made, dry on the finish with a spice and white fleshed fruits finish. This wine will continue to mature and develop over the next 1-2 years offering best drinking from late 2024 through 2027.
