Wild Earth Pinot Noir Rosé 2023, Central Otago

A true raspberry and cherry hued appearance with a bouquet of red apple and bing-cherry, a touch of rose and raspberry flesh. Bright, fresh and youthful. On the palate a dry wine with a core of fresh red berry flavours, apple skin and fresh floral tones. A touch of stony mineral adds depth alongside a crisp and gently salivating acid line. Best drinking from late 2023 through end of summer 2025.
