The bouquet of this wine is immedite with minerality and floral delicacy, aromas of crunchy red and green apple, pear and limeflower then a synergy of these attributes on the palate which builds complexity and intrigue. Cool cliomate acidity accentuates the limestone mineral suggestions, there’s a light saline quality then white fleshed fruit and citrus flavours return. Delicious and fresh, dry on the finish, lengthy and well made. Best drinking from 2025 through 2035.
