Pencarrow Sauvignon Blanc 2022, Martinborough

Ripe, fruity, lightly herbaceous, fresh with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus, some white peach and apple. Plenty of crispness and salivating acidity as the wine touches the palate. Flavours of lemon and apple, peach and pineapple contrast fresh herbs and white spice. A lovely refreshing style, balanced and well made with length and varietal complexity. Best drinking from 2023 through 2027.
