Fantastic nose and palate with a developing complexity, honeysuckle white flesh fruits, some spice and flowers, wet wool and baked apple. Off-dry as the wine touches the palate, flavours of quince, fresh and baked apple, honeyed apples and white flowers. Delicious, fresh, fruity and lengthy. A lovely example that demonstrates how well this variety can age if cellared well, the acidity is the key pulling all the elements together, adding length and power. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2027.
