Lovely bouquet of grapefruit and peaches, there’s a sea air quality and distinctive clay mineral quality. Youthful and new, lively and complex. On the palate flavours of apple and grapefruit then peaches and moderate oak flavours deliver complexity with a youthful grab and squeeze on the palate. Acidity adds backbone and oak layers in a nut-like quality and fine tannins. Well made, dry and ready to drink from late 2023 through 2029.
