Very bright with a yellow straw and soft golden highlights lead to an aromatic and youthful bouquet of pomaceous fruits including spicy poached pears and yellow apple, some white fleshed stone fruits and generous crushed stone mineral quality. Off-dry on the palate with a mix of spice, warming alcohol and satin textures touching first. Flavours of apples and pears then a touch of orange peel complete the flavours profile. Balanced and well made with medium acidity and length. A lovely example with myriad food pairing applications. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2026.
