Aromas and flavours of red apple skin and white fleshed tree fruits, there’s a natural lees and baking spices quality with a raspberry slice from the local bakery memory that kicks in. Crisp and dry, natural flavours of red apple and berry return. Super fine chalky tannins and plenty of acidity. A wine to enjoy with food or with a warm savoury starter. Well made and very easy to drink.
