Villa Maria 'Earth Garden' Chardonnay 2022, Hawkes Bay

Aromas and flavours of fresh white peach and apple, a layer of lemon peel and grapefruit. While there are oak scents in the bouquet with a whisper of vanilla and wood spice the flavours of wood along with textures of vanilla custard and peaches and tree fruits highlighted with citrus. Well made with a moderate complexity and length. Best drinking from 2023 through 2027.
