Fourth Wave Wine 'speak no evil' Sauvignon Blanc 2022, Central Ranges, Australia

Aromas and flavours of fresh apple and sweet hay laced with tropical fruits and a steely freshness. Plush satin textures touch the palate first then contrasting acidity and youthful energy. Flavours continue to reflect the bouquet with citrus taking a front seat over tree fruit and tropical. The hay becomes a little more grassy as the wine becomes ambient. A lovely example with freshness and quality, lengthy and excellent winemaking. Best drinking from 2023 through end of summer 2025.
