Mora Pinot Noir 2022, Central Otago

An enticing wine on the nose and palate with flavours of summer berry pudding and roses, there’s a distinctive Otago hillside savoury dried herb quality layered through the wine, sage and wild thyme then stones and layers of oak. The core fruit flavours of raspberry and cherry fill the palate first followed by textures and flavours from wood, tannins and acidity. Dry, youthful, balanced and well made. Best drinking from late 2024 through 2030+.
