Made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay this is a delicious, refreshing, balanced and modern expression of a petillant sparkling wine. Aromas and flavours of less and a whisper of ginger, a mix of white fleshed tree fruits and lemon skin. There’s a fine even mousse with a fine texture - not explosive and not distracting - just layers a fine texture through the palate. Best drinking from day of purchase through end of summer 2025.
