An attractive seductive bouquet of honeysuckle and lemon, lime-flower and white apricot, wet stone mineral and a moment of elderflower. Crisp and dry on the palate with a core of fruit flower flavours that reflect the bouquet, a lighter weighted mouthfeel and lengthy textured finish. Fabulous as an aperitif and with fresh shellfish dishes. Well made and ready to drink from 2023 through 2030.
