Aromas of soft black currant flash then dark plum and five spice. The bottle development has layered in some complexity and aromatic enticement. Quite lovely on the palate - there’s a point of difference here with a mix o red berry fruits and spices as well as a clay spice mineral quality. Tannins are integrating well and acidity holding all the components together delivering a complete mouthfeel and gentle saline note. Well made and ready for drinking from day of purchase through 2026.
