Fragrant with a core baked apple and honeysuckle, white chalk and floral tones. The mineral quality gets louder as the wine open up in glass, as does the core fruit scents of apple. Off- dry as the wine touches the palate, white fleshed tree fruit flavours mirror the bouquet enhanced by a back bone of acidity and mineral flavours. Balanced and well made with a lush and refreshing finish. Best drinking as an aperitif, will also go well with grilled fish like sardines.
