A natural rose and raspberry red hued appearance along with a fine bubble leads to a bouquet of plum and red melon, cranberry and red apple skin. On the palate a crisp, taut and dry wine touches first with flavours of melon and lees then roses and cranberry. A delicious wine with a saline touch as well, the mousse is fresh with a soft texture and fine bubble. Balanaced and well made, ready to drink from 2023 through 2029.
