Aromas and flavours of red apple and apricot, rose and red fruit tea moments. A satin touch on the palate with a core of red fruit and apple flavours that reflect the bouquet. Moderate acidity ensures the satin touch is maintained, but also adds some weight mid-palate. Overall well made and drinking nicely today. Perhaps chill for service and enjoy from day of purchase through end of simmer 2025.
