Fragrant, varietal and fruity bouquet with a core of ripe red cherry and yellow plum fruits, there’s a layer of dried herb and mineral stone and a light savoury quality emphasizing the place the fruits comes from. Taut and dry on the palate with a youthful firmness from tannins and acidity, then flavours of fresh red berries, cherry and spice. Well made, dry and quite lengthy with best drinking from late 2024 through 2029.
