Dry with a plush mousse and fine bubble, ripe with white fleshed fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet, a light citrus quality and lengthy finish. A wine of texture and freshness with classic scents and flavours of a well made sparkling wine. Balanced and well made with best drinking from late 2023 through 2029.
