Framingham 'Select' Riesling 2023, Marlborough

Aromas and flavours of lemon and lime flowers, there are floral highlights, some orange peel and white fruit spice highlights. Crisp and just dry with just enough residual sweetness to notice before the laser acid-line catches the senses. As the wine becomes more ambient the sweetness increases, yet the overall impact remains balanced and lengthy with flavours of apples and citrus, a touch of sherbet and roses. A lovely example, perfect as an aperitif or with fresh crab fritters.
