A dry wine touches the palate with a burst of fresh texture mousse, fine bubbles and high acid line. Flavours of white fleshed stone fruits and pear, lemon and a cool-stone mineral complexity. Balanced and well made, fresh and textured with a fine mousse. Best drinking as an aperitif from 2023 through 2029.
