Spy Valley 'F Block' Pinot Noir 2019, Marlborough

Aromas of red and dark cherry, some black currant and core floral pinosity highlights, a bouquet of detail and finesse. Delicious on the palate with a core of red berry fruits and fine tannins, layers of lees and barrel spices with an impression of older oak used. Tannins are needle point with polish and a chalky highlight, medium+ acid line, youthful with some tautness and energy. A lovely example that will age well offering decent drinking today and through 2030.
