A fascinating and complex bouquet with a fine brioche and stone fruits complexity, autolysis and sophistication are enticing and fresh. On the palate a bone dry wine but with contrasting citrus and stone fruit flavours there’s an easy balance that rolls across the tongue and palate. Surprisingly, with 4 years entreillage the lees effect is calm, measured and precise weaving through the fruit flavours adding to mouthfeel and length. Acidity is still highish offering a crispness and charm. Delightful, new and delicious. Best drinking from 2023 through 2028+
