Tasted over two days this wine holds onto it bubble and mousse texture along with flavours of white peach and sweet lemon laced with a fine lees autolysis and lengthy chalky finish. This is the best expression of methode I have encountered from the Osawa stable of wines - balanced, well made, flavourful with a decent mousse leading to a dry finish. Best drinking from 2022 through 2025.
