Deutz Marlborough Cuvee Blanc de Blancs 2018, Marlborough

An excellent bouquet with a complex and layered autolysis of baked goods and butter brioche. Aromas of apple and white fleshed stone fruits, citrus and a touch spice. On the palate a plush and full mousse carry flavours of white fleshed fruits and baked goods that reflect the bouquet, a biscuity flavour develops as the wine opens up in glass, high acidity still with a light chalky soil quality. Balanced and well made with a decent finish. Excellent drinking from day pf purchase through 2026.
