Aromas and baked apple, white peach and white apricot, there’s a wet chalky soil mineral layer and white flowers with a fine lees suggestion adding to the complexity. Off-dry on the palate with a lovely acid line for contrast and flavours that reflect the bouquet. The mineral line and baked apple chalky qualities showcase what Vouvray is all about. Great drinking from 2022 through 2028+.
