3Sixty2 Sauvignon Blanc 2019, Marlborough

Striking elegant bouquet with a citrus and herbaceous intensity followed by a lees, peach then apple quality. Balanced, integrated and nicely complex with a soft baking spice quality. On the palate - a satin smooth texture is contrasted by medium+(ish) acidity and fine herbaceous and fruit core. Flavours reflect the bouquet led by citrus then apple and stone fruits have all integrated. A lovely example ready for drinking upon purchase and through end of summer 2024.
