Palliser Estate The White Label Collection Chardonnay 2021, Martinborough

Aromas of soft white fleshed fruits, a layer of vanilla and cashew nut then a mild beurre noisette quality before aromas of nectarine and apple begin to show. Flavours on the palate reflect the bouquet cushioned in a light creamy textured mouthfeel. Fruit and nut flavours are at the core of flavour with contrasting acid line and fine tannins. Balnaced, very well made and ready to drink from late 2022 through 2026.
