Classic bouquet - pungent and racy with aromas of gooseberry, nettles, sweet hay and tropical fruit punch. A satin texture touches that palate briefly before cool climate acidity takes over. Flavours of fresh mango and green herbs, grass and gooseberry, tropical fruits and lemon. Young, fresh, vibrant, balanced and well made in a just dry expression. Best drinking from late 2022 through end of summer 2024.
