Waiheke Distilling Co Horopito Spice Vodka 40% abv

Pure, clean and very aromatic with the horopito spice making its voice heard early in the bouquet - pepper notes and forest floor, dried flowers and a positive medicinal note. Equally spicy on the palate, but calms quickly to reveal more of the flavours the bouquet suggest. Fresh and clean, balanced and perfect uncut. I don’t really think this spirit benefits from being cut with water - so leave it neat and it this way - perhaps with a single cube of ice.
