Youthful and intense, some exotic qualities precede classic aromas of a bold and youthful, fruit and oak centric bouquet. Baked apple, pear and peach, vanilla, new wood and barrel spices of raw sugar and vanilla, a touch of five spice and youthful woody energy. Complex and youthful. Taut, new, luscious and salivating, fruit and wood centric on the palate. A wine that you must try with flavours of nectarine and pear, wood spice and apple, a clay-like mineral quality then fine tannins and acid line. There’s a light saline quality adding to the mouthfeel and length. A lovely wine, but still rather youthful and needing cellar time. Best drinking from 2023 through 2030.
