A classic wine with a bouquet of black currant and raspberry, oak spices of clove and nutmeg, some peppery spice qualities and fleshy, juicy scents of a young wine. On the palate - spicy, fruity, fresh and salivating. There’s warmth and generosity as well with a core of cherry and raspberry flavours, black currant and mild to moderate wood spices. Firmish tannins and plenty of acidity, a wine that can stay in your cellar if you wish or enjoy a gass with cheese or a casserole. Best drinking from late 2023 through 2029.
