Pungent, fruity and varietal with distinctive scents of lemon and tropical fruits, some gooseberry and fresh peach. The classic fresh herb and stony mineral qualities expected of the varietay are equally distinctive. Excelent on the plate in a just dry expression. Flavours of gooseberry and peach then apple and citrus with a salivating acidity accentuating some of tropical fruits of gooseberry and passionfruit. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2022 through 2025.
