Bannock Brae Crawford's Block Pinot Noir 2018, Central Otago

Varietal, light and bright with aromas of red cherry and yellow plum, a layer of red currant, rose and mineral then a fine oak complexity. Elegant, youthful and inviting. Charming and delicious on the palate with a satin texture, contrasting fine chalky tannins and medium+ acid line. The red bery fruits and core pinosity are a constant across the palate as well. A charming, balanced and well made wine. Best drinking from 2022 through 2029.
